If you will be visiting your local authorized dealer for assistance, please bring the original proof of purchase.



Enjoy a one year warranty on our handbags and eco-bags as of spring 2017. For any manufacturing defects within this timeframe, repairs are on us (our apologies!). We invite you to bring your handbag back to one of our authorized dealer you may also choose to contact customer service team directly. If you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include:

  • Item style number (can be found on the white tag inside the product)
  • Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
  • Copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, packing slip, or credit card statement).

We do not offer cleaning, re-dying, refurbishing, or similar services. 

Qualifying manufacturing defects include problems with zipper construction, loose stitching or lining, or hardware malfunction. 

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidents. Some examples of what is not covered under the warranty:

  • Stains or color transfer from clothing dye, beverages, or inclement weather
  • Damage from pets or animals
  • Scratches, soiled spots, or marks from normal use
  • Discoloration or dampness from storage
  • Damage from adhesives
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Improper care
